The WORST people to do business with ever!!!! I went in and got my hair braided. Box braids . In two days they started to slide out! I went back and the lady that braided me acted as if she had NEVER seen me before! They argued about who was going to help me so I left. Then Monica called me and I expressed my concern she offered me a discount on my next service. I decided to get a sew in this time as I didn’t want to chance braids again. When I got there everyone looks at you like WHAT! Then the stylist grabs a comb from someone else station. While braiding my hair she does not use any thing to smooth my hair out. Just let’s the braids hang no rubber bands to hold it. Them does not slick the front down. I looked like my 10 year old niece did it at home. NOT A GOOD SHOP!
RecommendedI don't recommend them for crochet which is what I went for. they weren't installed properly so they are already coming out after a few days. I asked if they could cut it into the style I wanted and was told yes but no cut.. if I ever need micro or tree braids this may be the place but not crochet. on the plus side they are nice and have a great wig selection. overall I'm disappointed in my crochet and the money wasted.

I arrived today at 2:30 pm and left at 12:40am. I had 5 different people in my head. They play around too much instead of working. I normally go to them but it was ridiculous

Was invited to come and get my hair braided with 30 minuets travel time and after reconfirming before leaving the house I pulled up and they locking the door telling me to come back tomorrow. This company has lost my business indefinitely. I’m sorry doesn’t cut it the same way you called me back to tell me to come you could have called and asked me not to once i told you I was on the way!!!
Waited for two hours and was not seen. I finally left. They need to step it up..
