Horrible service mt braids look horrible and i was over charged....wouldnt recommend at all....i was told one price over the phone and haggled to another price for a different size braid and they still didnt braid my hair like i wanted or asked....5 different people worked on my hair and not one introduced themselves or used proper or sanitized tools to part or comb my hair
Very talented hair stylists on board. I've had braids & dreds done here.
They talk too much. They have extra stuff going on. They likw to change the prices while they are doing your hair. But on the good side they are fast. It took 4 hours with 2 people.
I spent 330 dollars for me and my sisters hair and it's been less then 3 week and its aleady falling off around the edges...
Why make an appointment at 8 if you can't get started until 9 because the hair room isn't open?Why are the braiders there but can't do hair because they don't have access to the hair room?Why is the hair room locked anyway?Its just hair..just like a hair store...So they come in to sit around and watch TV until the room is open...waited almost an hour for them to ever start braiding my hair..
It's okay bad customer service, they tell you one price over the phone and something different when you get there, the hair style was good, the bathroom was over flooding and a mess
