Have used this service for all my appliance repairs over the last 15 years. The latest disaster was my 4 year old built-in Kitchenaid refrigerator. I want to thank Brian for all his patience during this complicated repair. Took 3 computer boards before it got back up and running. Since this repair took almost 3 weeks to finalize with waiting on parts, he offered to bring up my bar refrigerator to the kitchen on his own. Saved me a lot of steps. We have used AAA Service Network for various needs over the years and are always are more than pleased. The other day Korey came and fixed our running toiled and the bathroom faucet. He was so personable. I give him A +++++++++ AND the girls who answer the phone are always so pleasant. Another thing I like is that they call and tell us when the serviceman is on the way and what his name is. You go AAA
I had a very bad experience with this company. It would take far too much time out of my day to write down all the negative things that happened as a result of this company coming out to my home to fix my washing machine. Instead, I'll sum it up and say that my washing machine was far worse off after the "repair" man left. I gave them every opportunity to right their wrong but their management refused.
