Exactly as presented, same day service, on time , well done, Korey Lockwood is a very qualified technician, we consider him to be our "go to" for service needs. I had AAA Service Network out to perform a yearly check on my 1 year old furnace.Rob, the technician, arrived well within the agreed upon time window even though we were experiencing a heavy snowfall. He was courteous, professional, and pleasantly willing to explain all that he was doing. He answered all my questions and and worked in a neat and efficient manner. We have been using AAA Service Network for over 20 years and have always had a good experience. During a routine furnace inspection and service, our technician noticed several cracks in our heat exchange, not a safe situation. They were able to give us a competitive quote right away and while we had to wait 10 days for installation, the team that came to do the work did an amazing job.
