Extremely disappointed with AAA Service Network. They refused to quote me the basic services over the phone. However, once on site, every service they offered that would fix my toilet would’ve cost me more than a different company would charge me to replace the entire toilet. I pretty much called them to come look at it, have them tell me how much they were going to rip me off, and write them a check for over $100 for nothing (service call). ON Saturday, (cinco de mayo) we were expecting guests for dinner. my airconditioner decided to stop working, as I watched the temperatures inside the house rise ,I called AAA for help. They came right out, found the problem and I was feeling the cool air again. My tech expert Tim explanined to me what was the problem and showed me the burned out part. Over the years we have had AAA install and service our furnace. We have always been pleased with their prompt, friendly and experienced techs. We never feel like we are billed for service or parts that are not essential. Appreciate the follow up call making sure every issue was satisfied. Would definitely recommend.
I have used AAA multiple times in the last few years for repairs on my washer, dryer, refrigerator, and furnace as well as installing a new water softener system and have never been less than completely satisfied on each occasion. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
My "go to" company for any appliance repair, particularly the tech Jim S. Jim is always prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He always keeps the customer's best interest in mind, and does his very best to keep repair costs reasonable. I highly recommend AAA, and specifically Jim!
Tim arrived in a timely fashion the same day called. He explained the nature the problem with our water heater, quickly fixed it and suggested how to prevent further issues. I was very impressed with his professionalism!
Very professional as always. We get furnace and a/c serviced bi annually. Always the best. They are extremely knowledgeable, thorough and talented. We have no had any climate control issues since we started using their preventative maintenance plan. Check into it a great service at a reasonable price.
