We had AAA Dunlap over to look at our air unit. Turns out it wasn't repairable but we also found a safety hazard with the furnace. We've had our units over a year and haven't had a problem. We appreciate Lance for his help and patience.
Very professional and pleasant. Always so accommodating and punctual. They keep you informed along the way as to when to expect your technician, what their name is and when they actually are on their way. It makes it so much less stressful just knowing when something is going to happen. And, they do excellent cleanup when done.

I received prompt, helpful service. My repair issue was not easy, but they kept trying until they successfully fixed it. And, despite all the difficulties, the cost of the repair was very reasonable. Ask for Matt....he is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy.
We have been very happy with the service we have received from Nels and Lance. We feel confident that our furnace and air conditioner are running properly and in good hands. We also appreciate Katie and Karen in the office, keeping us up to date on the time schedule as to when the workers will arrive and being knowledgeable about our comfort service plan. We also appreciate the follow up call asking how our appointment went. You can tell the employees take pride in the work they do for a great company.
