I had hired them to replace a single pane glass piece on our window that my dog had broken. This was the second piece that we had to replace so I had a pretty good idea what was involved. When the guy showed up he acted as he didn't know why he was there and then threw out a number twice what I had paid the last time to another contractor. Once I told him what I had paid the last contractor he immediately agreed on that price instead of looking at the job and quoting the price. He came ill prepared and dropped glass all... read more
