We had to reschedule because they were having vehicle problems. The man came at the rescheduled time, but did not have the materials needed. They called to say someone would be here with the correct materials by 4 that afternoon. He arrived about 6:30. Job was done quickly and well, but they need to work on arriving on time or calling to let you know when they will be late.

They were very professional and responded to my inquiry almost immediately.

Alex showed as scheduled, gave a good price to repair the glass and was hired on the spot. Due to decorative slats in between the panes, the section of the window was removed, repaired at the shop and reinstalled a few days later. Great job. Would recommend.
