Alex showed as scheduled, gave a good price to repair the glass and was hired on the spot. Due to decorative slats in between the panes, the section of the window was removed, repaired at the shop and reinstalled a few days later. Great job. Would recommend.

Prompt service. Knowledgeable glass experts. I was disappointed with the sealant application. It was rushed and not done efficiently. I can see excess sealant in the window which is not appealing.

Showed up on time. Found a way to fix the problem on the spot. Cost was lower than other quotes we had. I will use them again.

I received a prompt response. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I had 8 single pain windows to replace and it took Alex about 4 ish hours mostly because he had to remove some storm windows first and he was on the phone a lot. He said he would replace some latches but that did not happen on one of the windows. Overall, I am very happy with the work and would use them again.
