Rep was very prompt on the day he came out to view project. We agreed on a price, and date to complete the job. Called rep on day project was to begin to confirm and was told he was on another job and would give me a call once he was done. However, he never showed up to do the job and never bothered to call. UPDATE 9/14/17: After my initial review of this company, I was contacted the next day by Anuar who finally came out to replace my window. However, the work was incomplete because the trim was not nailed down and began g... read more
