People were very friendly and seemed to know the exact problem and how to fix it
Called early in morning and was at residence within an hour. Repairman was not friendly at first but became friendly later on. Went right to work. Found the problem. Explained it. Fixed it. Very professional manner. Did not have or leave me an invoice/receipt. Thus the 4.5 ratings.

AA Absolute called immediately and came to the house 1 day later. They called and said someone was on the way and the guy arrived 3 hours later; we thought they were to be there much quicker. The price was excessive - $200 for 15 min work - would not use them again. Too expensive.
I asked the person that called what their services fee was- did not tell me only said " They will give me a free estimate" The service person showed up, took a look at the thermostat, checked the unit outside then just replaced the thermostat. Did not give me a price before hand??. Wrote up the tick for "Replace thermostat with New" for $240.75
