I hired this company to fix my leaky sink. The man who answers the phone is extremely rude. They have been to my home 4 times, and my sink is worse now than when they started. They come from 5-7 hours late for appointments and don't seem to care. Would never recommend.
They responded in a timely manner for a hot water heater that had burst. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. They worked around my schedule and had the job done within hours (breaking down old, installing new, and cleaning up). I would use them again.

They replaced a thermal sensor on my system, a few days after I began to smell gas. I called them back and they returned after I called, and said it had nothing to do with them and they could not find the leak for less than $1200 more. I called PSE&G and they found the leak, and fixed it for free, and the leak was due to their previous installation of the thermal sensor. Completely would have screwed me over if I had not called my gas company.

was told one price $454.00 , agreed on that price had it in writing. after job was complete he charged me double $1070.00. they did follow through on finishing the job i would also recommend you get everything in wrighting and that they have all the parts when they come to do the job.
Seemed kind of pricey, but the service was really good.
The technician who showed up was rude. The only reason I called them was because my plumber was on vacation. Would not hire them again.
Did a great job in devising an alternative, money-saving option. We thought there was a disconnected pipe, so from the start Eddie (great job!) came up with a cheap solution: re-route the pipe. However, when he got here he wanted to try to snake the line (2 others had tried). He was successful and replaced a section of pipe to help everything flow better. Great service and dedication to the project.
