Fast to respond.next day service. it was pricey as the cost for 30 minutes of work to recharge refrigerant and change 2 tiny valve stems was 650 dollars by check or 600 cash. no time to price shop so i paid.i think they charge whatever you look like you can afford.

1) They were to come at 9:00-10:00am, showed up at 11:00, no apology.2) At the time of scheduling, the office staff implied that the estimate was free, but the technician demanded $100 for diagnostics.3) The technician was not willing to answer questions, if fact annoyed when I was asking questions 4) He recommended adding freon, I agreed thinking it would probably cost about $60-$75, he charged me $300. Quickest to respond to home advisor request. Showed up as promised and worked professionally. It was pricey though. I had no alternative or time to shop around as heat was unbearable and a/c wasn't working. The person who worked was knowledgeable and quick.

We found out afterwards that the price we paid was way too much by like $400
The mechanic did a very nice job. They promised a free quote but it very quickly turned into a priced quote - be aware of that. The price was a bit higher than I'd like, but the job was completed well. One additional point: the mechanic mistakenly left a wire on the machine which would not let it cut off. When I called customer service, he was nasty and sarcastic. He wanted me to wait until the next day for resolution. I had to instruct him to call the mechanic to walk me though the fix. I think money wise there's room for negotiation, but they are very efficient, I called in the morning and scheduled them for free quote at 2pm, everything got fixed before 7pm. So very efficient.
