They arrived soon after I called about a clogged toilet, only about an hour later. I had been unable to clear the drain using a plunger and a snake. The plumber used his equipment and got at the clog which was about 10 feet down the pipe. It was a relief that it wasn't a big job. I recommend this company.

We originally asked them to give us an estimate for a water heater repair to satisfy an inspection item for the sale of our house. They gave us a free estimate and we hired them to make the repair not long after. The work was done quickly and for a reasonable price. I was completely satisfied and will use them again in the future.
I felt like a bought a used car and got totally ripped off financially. The repair technician was polite but was very wishy-washy on the price. At first, I was quoted $350, then quoted $300. Then I found out that the service call was to clean a component -- which should have been just a service call plus an hour of labor. Does that equate to nearly $300 including tax? (He was here 15 minutes). Totally duped.
They were quick to respond to my inquiry and came out immediately to assess the situation. The serviceman, Fitz, was a complete professional ~ friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and he made recommendations as to how I could properly maintain my furnace. All in all an excellent experience ~ I would HIGHLY recommend this company and will certainly use them in the future if needed!
