They responded very quickly. Completed the job satisfactorily. They are expensive, but after the job was completed, the serviceman did check back with his office and reduced the price to a more reasonable level, given that the scope of the job was simple and easy.

Unclogging the drain was only one simple issue. Other jobs requested were:install new wax seal for toilet, install tub spout, install faucet, adjust trip waste. Plumber was unable to adjust trip waste and did not make an adjustment to the estimate, said he did not plan to charge me for that and got very irritated when I tried to even address the subject. The plumber also did not have plumbers putty on his truck and had to borrow from me. That job (trip waste replacement) later cost $1500 by another plumbing co. since it invo... read more
The work was done quickly and effectively. The only issue was they did not arrive until more than an hour after the scheduled time. Other than that, they were extremely professional.

!!!! Alert !!!!! Very pleasant phone call lead to an offer for a "Free Estimate", but technician demanded $75/unit "Diagnostic Fee" when they arrived. Then the estimate cited 3 repairs needed for over $1,600. The very next day, another company came and said "There is absolutely nothing wrong with your system The thermostat was simply set to 64 degree accidentally. No charge." AA Absolute provided an estimate for repairs that apparently were COMPLETELY UNECESSARY. The unit has worked flawlessly ever since.
called me right away and was very flexible with scheduling an appointment. The guy that came was very knowledgeable and friendly.
