very professional came and replaced the water heater ran into some trouble still completed the job in a timely manner excellent.
Showed up to make free estimate, told me what he considered was the problem, gave me a general price noting that until the work was started, couldn't know the full extent of problem, was available to do the work immediately. Turned out the septic ejector had failed, so was replaced in the time allotted as I had to return to work. Cleaned up fairly well, and now all seems to be working as it should. Seemed costly, but due to timeliness of project and quality of pump replaced is fair enough.
Needed to consider alternatives to solve problem. My husband gave a suggestion that saved my rug in basement from slug that came out of clogged pipe. Also should have been more careful removing drop ceiling. Tile...it cracked. But, all in all, job got done.
They were quick to come and diagnosed the problem immediately. He fixed it quickly and got us back up and running and and so far all is well with our ac. The price, however, was very high and a friend in the business who lives far away said they were quite overpriced for the job done.
Beware... these guys are very rude. My appointment was @8:00 AM. And they did not show up ... kept on telling me another 1/2 hr, 15 minutes, 10 minutes ... etc .... everytime I called. The guy came @10:10 more than 2 hrs late. Very rude had no courtsey to apologize rather stating this is what it is. I start at 8 that is why I am here at 10:10. I wasted entire day couldnt go to work....
professional service, found a faulty wiring with the AC control.
They came very promptly, but they had no equipment in their van. It was a total mess and very unprofessional. They had to come back the next morning with the part. They then proceeded to charge me almost $700 for a capacitor and some freon. The capacitor is a $20 part at most and it was a 30 min fix.
Didn't show up the first day called due to heavy volume for A/C repairs. Came the next day and completed the job for a fair price.
