Job was done very fast and efficiently. Jetted out my clogged pond inlet pipe.
AA Absolute is an average company with average joe's. The first technician who arrived did not really understand the issue but he played around with a few wires and got the issue resolved. This fix lasted for about 10-15 mins and the furnace stopped working again. The second technician arrived the next day after several follow ups. He also did something and tried to fix the issue. Ultimately, I had to bank a local handyman to resolve the issue permanently. Overall I will never work with this company in future.
They were the first contractor to call me, and it was almost as soon as I placed the request via servicemagic.com. They inspected my unit next day and worked with me to figure out that the best option was to replace to a new unit. They did not leave until service was over. The only area that they could improve was on arrival time estimates - the 3 times they had to come to my home, they were late. But I'd definitively recommend their services.
First of all, the person on the phone said that the estimate was free. When the plumber came he said before he looked at anything that the diagnosis to identify the shower leak was $135. They just played with words and mislead me into selecting them. The plumber was rude and had a big attitude. He refused to investigate the problem thoroughly. We always offer free estimates,Plumber had to remove parts and diagnose problem that's why there was a charge. Also left numerous messages to resolve issue and customer never answered.
(1) Customer service response is very quick and proactive. (2) The price we got from Absolute is good comparing to the rest three, but there is no huge difference. (3) Run into unexpected situation.On 10/21(Sun), plumber came and did the work. After he left we found (#1) One newly soldered place was leaking very slowly(#2) one existing coupler has tiny damage during this work, caused tiny leakage.The plumber stopped by on 10/23(Tues)and fixed them. Responded quickly to an emergency service call to repair our leaking water heater. Eddie A. worked efficiently to resolve the problem by replacing a faulty elbow joint.
They were fast, identified the real problem another service company couldn't and made immediate and effective repairs. Pricing was reasonable as well.
Hired to perform video inspection of main sewer line. The guy who came to perform a job has such a high attitude and he came with his own agenda. He did not even respect the original request and walked away. I would not recommend anyone to this plumber and cautioned to do the business.

Customer wanted us to camera a line that could not be cameraed.We tried to explain to him what needed to be done and he did not want to hear it. We were only there for a few minutes and we didnt give a price nor did we charge him.
