I had a great experience with Joe today, who came out to see what was the cause of our garage door not opening properly. After looking at it, he said we needed a new door opener and explained in detail why and showed me what was wrong with it. He said it would take about an hour to install the new one, and he was right. He also strengthened the horizontal spring on the door itself so it would lift up the door easier. This company has been absolutely fabulous to work with. We had a couple of set backs but then the manager Bruce stepped in and really took care of us! It was an absolute pleasure working with Bruce and I will be going back to the company for any future garage needs! Highly recommend this company!

The best parts about A-1 Garage Door Service are their quick action to solve my problem, their efficient service, and their respectful, friendly staff. I called mid-morning for help because my door came off the tracks causing both tracks to bend out of shape, which left me unable to close and secure my garage. By late afternoon Friday they were there to close the door, survey needed parts, and secure my garage.
