After calling yesterday, Robert came out today and did a great job of not only fixing our garage door, but also recommending replacing the rollers and doing a general servicing to lessen the wear on the motor and thereby extending its life. You should hear how quietly and easily it runs now! He was also eager to help explain to me how to differentiate between sensor malfunction and motor failure, and I appreciated the easy lesson. He did a great job, was professional, and I would highly recommend him. Thanks!
