I would give this company a zero if I could. I called them at 2:00 p.m. on a Sunday when my garage door stuck in the open position leaving my home unsecured. They told me I was on their emergency response list and that somebody would be out to look at my door tonight. When I had not heard back from them after 6 hours I called them and they told me I was not going to see anybody tonight and that they had said they would be out first thing tomorrow.
