Excellent customer service! Note: Please review pictures before and after: 1. The bar has been dented 2. The spring has been reverses 3. The middle draw bar was moved 4. The weight is now pulling weight to the left causing pressure on the exposed cross bar. 5. It appears to be set up for a major garage door crash if the weight bends the exposed cross bar on the left side Note: The original plan was to have the tune up done; weather wise the door.
