John from Armstrong Garage Door came out this morning to service our two garage doors. He is reliable, knowledgeable and very helpful. He goes above and beyond what he was asked to do - like "unbending" a dent where my boys dented the door panel with the basketball. He is wonderful. Thank you John.

We reached out to Armstrong Garage Door because the spring broke on our garage door. Spoke with Barb who was extremely helpful and supportive in getting someone out to my home to get the repairs done as soon as possible. Rocky came out the next day, even two hours earlier than expected which was great! Rocky knows his stuff and offered several recommendations on how we can better maintain the life of our garage door and parts. Rocky got right on replacing my garage door springs and then proceeded to find 3 bad hinges. Work was done in roughly an hour.

Couldn't be more disappointed with their service. I hired them to repair a garage door that wasnt working properly. The told me they did a several point inspection and that i needed to replace the spring. I was quoted $1200, which i knew was overpriced, but i was in a bind. The door had problems not even a couple days later. The technician went back out to inspect it and i was then told I needed to replace the motor. I want to put out a huge thank you to Jeff from Armstrong garage doors amazing customer service, called this morning and Jeff was here within 45 minutes and replaced the broken springs and recommended other parts that needed to be replaced and I do appreciate that so much I work with a company deprived some sales on customer service and it’s always nice to come across another company that does the same. We had a problem with our garage door opener not working. I called the office, described the problem and a technician, Jeff, was dispatched to us immediately following the job he was on.
