John came to our home and really did an amazing job on our door. The large spring had broken. He also found 2 cracked brackets and showed them to me. Lickty Split we are back in business. The door is so quiet and John made it all look easy. Thank you John for being so kind an efficient. Thank you for answering all my questions and teaching me how to maintain our door. AMAZING Customer Service!!

I have been using Armstrong (Jeff) since 2018. They have been consistently responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonable. Today I contacted them at about noon and they were at my home by 3:00PM. Jeff had my springs replaced and the entire system tuned by 4:00PM. Always timely, pleasant and thorough.

Questionable Pricing Practices. Non-disclosure of extra fees up front. Received a coupon in the mail from A1 Garage Door Service. A1 is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my lifetime and I am 48. My friend who is 84 and lives next door to me swindled her before I was able to come come & see how they did it. They lie about a $39 estimate & then say no its actually $140 and I need that ********** bring out this imposing big men to intimidate you and threaten you they will put a lien on your house if you dont pay them. We have used Armstrong Garage Doors for over 20 years. They installed the garage door for our home and for my in-laws home. Jeff does a great job and is always thorough and efficient in his inspections.
They were quick and responsive and had a Technician out in about 3 hours. John was great and diagnosed the problem as a circuit board and gave me my options. I chose to go with a new system since mine was over 20 years old. John installed it same day and even fixed a legacy issue to make it seal better. I will definitely use them again.
