I love Armstrong Garage Door. I have used them for years and never think to use anyone else. When I call, I know someone is coming within 24 hours. This time it was Jeff. My garage door would not open. He saw the problem as soon as he walked in the garage and pointed it out to me. The spring had broken. I knew I heard something pop the night before but I did not see what it was. In less than an hour, Jeff had replaced the broken spring and serviced the garage door. Just had a garage door opener installed this week and I could'nt be more pleased with the installation. Rocky, the tech who did the work, was very professional and knowledgable about the product he installed. Was very thorough in doing a neat and tidy job. Explained the product to me and it's operation. I have used Armstrong in the past and am just pleased with their promtness, and professionalism. Rocky Clark is tops in my book. I received their number from a friend and I would highly recommended them and use them again. I noticed my garage door making noises and saw some wires hanging down on a Sunday. I called them not expecting an answer but the did answer and set up an appointment for the next day. Jeff the technicians came early and fixed it within an hour. Very professional and fast. My door is so quiet now. Thank you!

They are all great they send me an amail when it is time for my annual maintenance. Jeff comes out to so the inspection and maintenance. He always answers my question and only replaces the necessary components. thank you for the great service

My technician was John. I called them on a Friday around 4:45 pm. I advised them that when trying to get out of the garage my opener made a terrible noise and would not open. They made me an appointment for the next day which was Saturday at 2;00pm. I received a call around 10;30 saying if it was okay they would like to come around 1:00. I said yes. 2 in 1 What I mean by that is my installer was a break-in and a hero. Let me explain that. Day of installation I took half a day vacation. My window time slot for install was between 1pm to 6pm. So while at work yet (about 10:30am) I get a text message from the installer saying he is at my house. I know that he cannot enter to start work as I'm sure he wanted to.
