Arrived right on time, looked at our issues and didn’t try to sell me a new garage door, lubed the door hinges and fixed a keypad for what I thought was very reasonable. When you request a tune-up you usually get more than what you are expecting in terms of stuff you don’t need! Would definitely have A-1 back!
Just had a tune-up done to my garage door and opener. Very quick service, no pressure to purchase anything, but did give me some suggestions for the future. Will definitely use A1 Garage Door service again! **** *.

Very knowledgeable in all things garage door... and when I was uncertain about color he said he would make it right if the color didn't please us.... it did, and does. ******* did a great job of installing the doors, he worked so hard on a very hot day!! Terrible experience. The technician never showed up for the appointment. When I called for an explanation, I was informed there were pictures taken, someone had been spoken to over video call, and a quote was emailed. They had my correct name and phone number but did not have my number address, simply the street name. The photos they took were not of my property and I do not know anyone by the name they said they spoke to.
