The guys did a fine job of explaining everything that they were doing. Things took a little longer due to some modifications I had mad to the door. They stuck with it until they got it working perfectly.

Skyler and his assistant Ray were both very helpful. They were knowledgeable about garage doors, motors, and all aspects of the process of whether to replace or repair the existing garage doors. We chose to have them replace both garage doors and are looking forward to having new ones. We have had garage doors with windows previously and that's what we ordered. We're excited to see how it will enhance our home. Thanks, A1.

Installed a new garage door opener and system in 2017. Excellent and on time response to a service call. Great text and email notifications for arrival and follow-up, includes technician's picture in the notification. Very knowledgeable technician with great customer service.

They competently fixed my garage door.However, since my wife and I are both Covid-vulnerable, I made it very clear that masks are important to us. Nevertheless, I entered my garage toward the end of their service, and found both men’s masks were down, even though the garage was closed. I now have to quarantine In my basement for two weeks thanks to their carelessness.
