Great responsive company. Technicians were great, very clean and knowledgeable
It was getting dark and my garage door wouldn't close. I could not close it manually, so I called the first place I found with emergency service.They arrived promptly and put 3 reinforcing struts on the door. No information was given about the cost of the struts. The total **** was $700. I called their billing office the next day and was told that each strut was $150. I felt I should have been told the cost before the repair was done. It was an exorbitant charge. I would not recommend using this company.******** K***
***** and **** were very knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. I'll be recommending them to my mom since she also needs work done on her garage door and they did a great job.

Revised-DO NOT USE A1 GARAGE DOOR SERVICE unless you want to get ripped off.I had them out to literally replace my key pad.The technician ******************* arrived on time and that’s when it all went sideways.******** is what these techs are.**** is a smooth talking con artist.He did an inspection and told me I needed new springs which would cost 400 dollars. ****** and his assistant accomplished the installation of a handle on my garage door in an efficient and expeditious manner. They were very courteous and there was no charge for the installation. Additionally, both had their Covid masks on. Well done guys!!!! Would have A1 for my garage door service again if needed.***
