We received the text before the technician arrived. Technicians arrived on time and prepared to get down to work. Work progressed at a very steady pace. Very quickly the new door began to appear where the damaged old door had been and the results were very pleasing. At completion the text invited us to watch the operation to ask questions to make comments in generally become familiar with the new door. The service from the first phone call was excellent. The serviceman ***** was able to come early and was courteous and professional. He was able to coordinate with his headquarters to negotiate a price to fit our budget. We are very happy, 5 stars.

******************* was our main technician. All work was performed in a satisfactory manner. I do feel that I was being "sold" to the entire time and it took a while to get past the "sales pitch" for each recommended service. I was disappointed that I was not provided an Owners Manual or Warranty information even though I asked. The technicians were very friendly; however, I wish they would have put on their masks when talking in the garage (especially as I was wearing mine the entire time).

Techs knowledgeable. Only issue I had was that the price advertised was acceptable until Tech quoted me cost that included 'travel fee": of $20. Nowhere is that mentioned in their flyer. don't appreciate "hidden costs". Would not pay it and Tech removed from invoice.

Excellent service, professional gentlemen and on time. Expensive though! Wasnt pressured but it was costly! I absolutely love my opener....you get what you pay for! Whisper quiet!!!! Love love love!

We scheduled an appointment with A1 Garage Service to repair our garage door opener. Before the technician came to our home we were sent a bio and a picture of the technician “Red” who would be coming over to fix our door. Red arrived at our home when we were told he would. I can’t say enough about Red and the service he provided. He was very professional and fixed our door in no time at all. I will definitely call A1 Garage Service again, and hope that they send Red out again! Thanks A1 Garage Service
