Terrible experience and would never recommend or use them. They quoted quickly but were not cheapest option. They were late by more than one month and would not return my calls. Then someone called to say it would be one more month. I asked to talk to manager and no one was available. Then the manager called me 2 days later to say the door was miraculously ready to deliver. I had to find another door during the 2 days waiting on a call back. They kept my deposit of more than $1000. Avoid this company.
Technician did a good job. He was thorough and since my door only had one serve call since ****, he suggested items that should be replaced due to wear but left the decision on what to replace up to me.
**** did a great job. I was amazed that he came out the same day I called (Saturday, yet).Very impressed with his knowledge and concern to get the job done right.

Jacob showed up when he said he would. Very nice and knew what he was talking about. He fixed the issue we were having and in the long run - up sold us what we knew would have to happen soon. After all the discounts that were applied we will be paying a very reasonable price for what is needed. He was never in a hurry or pushed us to what we purchased... All 5 stars from us for sure!!!!
