Very professional and personable **** took extra time to make sure that I understood all the options and analyze the pros and cons of every type of garage door that was available he was patient careful and very analytical I ultimately made the best choice possible for me with his assistance I was very pleased
From the initial contact through the next 3-4 hours, I was updated by phone, email, and/or text with arrival estimates and was initially told I would get a phone call when the service person was about 30 minutes away. I got updates and the phone call. I'm very impressed with that kind of responses. The service tech was knowledgeable and *** to fix the problem in less than an hour. I wanted my doors checked before winter as we had only bought our home this year, and I needed my Garage Fobs reprograming. My Tech was called Den, he was great and very knowledgeable.
