They took advantage of me. Shameful tactics to sell garage doors. I called due to a broken spring on a weekend on a perfectly working garage door. The repair guy arrived very late at night after a whole day of delays, but instead of changing my spring, he said he didnt carry my cheap springs but quoted a need of 2 new red springs that required a change of hinges, cables and fixtures that he quoted at ****, but offered me a new garage door for just a little more financed. My garage door opener broke on a Saturday morning. A1 came within an hour and got my vehicle out and installed a new opener. My repair person was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Great customer service!

The repairman was excellent ; very knowledgeable and efficient!!Door now works very well!! Service was somewhat pricey but you have to pay for the best!!
