Very nice and informed technician. Cost was reasonable to repair garage opener.
We found a coupon and called A1 Garage Door Service. We had no previous experience with this company. They installed a new garage door opener. The existing door opener was more than 10 years old. ***************************, A1 technician was excellent. He did the replacement without a hitch. He worked fast and was very pleasant, very polite. And the price was as advertised. We would call them again without question.
A1 Garage Door exceded our expectations with repairs and upgrades to our semi functional tired 25yr old garage door system. We were particularly impressed with ******, an extremely knowledgable and capable technician who did an excellent job of stepping us through the process of replacing the springs, then motor, clickers, keypads, and rollers. Omg my garage door fell tight after I pulled my car in at 7:30pm. Went on line to see if I could find a garage door service that could come out ASAP not knowing that A1 had 24 hour service. I had an appt. the next day at 8:30 am and need to get my car out of the garage. So happy they sent **** out an 2 hours later. He was so educated on how and why my garage door broke. So happy he knew what he was talking about. This was the best service I have had in a long time. Thank you A1 for great prompt service.
