We had Christine come out same day. She was so professional and courteous. But beyond that she was so engaging and fun to be with that we were sad to see her go. She absolutely left our garage door better and quieter when she left. You need all your employees to be like her. BEST FIX EVER!

Polite, knowledgeable workers.Did a great job including perfect clean-up.Even noticed the Humming Bird magnet on the old door and put it on the new one.Wife forgot about it and just assumed it was gone, but noticed it was there after they left.
I had a new upgraded garage door, spring, track and rollers installed the end of December. 2 days after the door was completely finished the support in the middle pulled away from the door which means I can't open the garage door. I have been told a new door replacement won't be available until March. I have a disability and going into my home through the garage which has a ramp is a safer alternative for me. Its difficult to get anyone to answer phone and the Door Sales/Product Specialist, C. S**** doesn't return calls.
