Absolutely a 100% satisfaction experience. Nate was professional, face mask and all, yet very pleasant, did exactly what we requested when we called in, fixed everything with dispatch and at a surprisingly reasonable price. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had to get my springs on my garage fixed so I could park my car in the shade of the garage again and they had someone out to fix it within a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price. Jayson was fast, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable! If I ever need to get my garage serviced again I'm calling A1.

Alpha 1 Garage Door sent a technician who was knowledgeable and polite. He fixed our current garage door problem and informed us what problems to watch for on our aging garage door. When I have another garage door problem, I will call Alph 1.

I received the service I expected. Nothing more and nothing less. My only complaint would be that I had to wait two weeks to get service. They are obviously understaffed and or over booked. They could use one additional technician on the payroll to help eliminate the backlog.

***** did a great job. The previous Garage ************ from 5 years ago did not install the springs correctly adding undue wear on other parts of the mechanism. He spend at least 3 hours working on the problems. I have confidence the problems have been resolved and the new materials used will hold up to the "wear and tear" of repeated use.
