We hired A+ Tree service to clear a piece of our property with several very large pine trees. Several of the larger pines were near our home and septic drain field. David immediately contacted me once I submit a request online and proceeded to answer all of my (probably annoying) questions over e-mail in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend. Had them trim trees last fall. I wasn’t completely pleased, and we did have a communication issue, with some missed texts. They reached out very quickly about the issue once they found out. They are going back to fix the issue at hand and said they would make it right. They seem very strong about customer satisfaction and I really do believe that and appreciate about their company.
I needed multiple trees to be taken down and David came out to provide me a quote within days of our conversation. He was professional and took the time to discuss his thoughts and suggestions. The crew came out to my house and were very respectful of making sure not to damage the yard with tracks from the equipment and to clean up all the debris. I was very satisfied with their work and professionalism.
Great job cutting trees and bushes around our building. Prompt service with a fair price.
