Prompt, took care of problem.
Neil came to diagnose and then fix our Maytag washer. He was timely, kind and very helpful to us. We are grateful for a quickly scheduled appointment and resolution to our problem! THANK YOU.
Jacob Schulze was our repair technician. He arrived right on schedule. He listened to my description of our ice maker problem. He gave several possibilities for the cause, and then checked them out. He found the problem and made the needed repair. No new parts were needed. We were charged only for the service call, and Jacob's time on the job. I was quite pleased and will call A to Z again if ever needed.
Very friendly and knowledgeable
If you don't mind being scammed, this is the company for you. They will send you a clueless technician that will just throw parts at the problem and hope one of the them works. In the meantime, you get charged hundreds of dollars. I learned the hard way. Your choice! Beware!
