Daniel Lacey came to our home today to work on our Amana washing machine. He came to work on it about a year ago, same washer, different problem, but still under warranty. Each time Daniel quickly diagnosed and then repaired our washing machine. He is always polite, professional in appearance but most of all in the work he does. Also very efficient but still takes time to answer customer questions. I highly recommend him and A to Z Co. for your appliance repairs.

We have had issues with our microwave. The service techs seem to try, but they also seemed ill-equipped to find resolutions. Five service calls at this point.
Perfect handling of everything about the service call. Calm. Knowledgeable. Fixed problem.
