Today was Charles' fourth visit to repair our brand new microwave. He followed his company's protocols: first visit was diagnostic; second visit was to replace the inverter; third visit was to replace the mother board; and the fourth visit was to replace the magnetron. Charles was prompt, courteous, and informative. It was unfortunate that he had to make 4 stops, but after a period of being unable to use the microwave, we now have a fully operating appliance.
Came to "fix" our dishwasher. Problem is still occurring and we have put another ticket in with the website and I called last week and left a voicemail. I provided two phone numbers and they never called me back. They never responded to the ticket either. I'm very unhappy. The "90 day guarantee" apparently doesn't apply as you cannot get a hold of anyone if they don't fix it the first time.
Joel was a fabulous technician! He worked very hard on our correcting our Maytag washer! Everything that he did, was perfectly done! We thank him for all his hard work! He was amazing worker and very detailed as he worked on our washing machine! A to Z is very fortunate to have him in your company!
Troubleshooted problem with refrigerator water/ice dispenser and ordered correct parts. Replaced them today with function restored totally. Very happy with the explanations and quick service.
John was our repair man, and he did an excellent job. My only complaint is that John had some kind of obvious respiratory infection which I now have.
Anthony came out and fixed our Whirlpool washer today. He brought the correct part I mentioned was defective and fixed it in one visit, not two weeks later! He was very professional and courteous. Good job.
