Gary was very good and quick to find the problem. Was very polite and covered his shoes with booties before he came into my house.
The absolute best technician! Joel came to "fix" the new dishwasher which turned out to be in good working order. The problem was a child lock had become engaged which disabled the appliance. Naturally, I was mortified but Joel was so understanding and reassured me that "it could happen to anyone." He showed me the red light that both my son and I overlooked that indicated the child lock was activated. Then Joel demonstrated the keys to use to get the wash I want. Have had Neil Barnhoft out to fix both my Maytag Refrigerator and Maytag Microwave (brand new appliances in a complete kitchen remodel less than 6 months old). He is very professional, organized, clean, polite and efficient. I am very impressed with A to Z Appliance Service....it is a well run company with superior customer service.
Charles arrived on time, and went to work immediately, to repair my washing machine and dryer. He was finished in less than 20 minutes. He left my laundry room very neat. He was polite, explained what he did, and what I should do, if my dryer continued not to dry properly. Also, he explained that I might be putting too many clothes in the washing machine, which could have caused the spinning problem. Daniel arrived promptly and fixed our washer in under 20 minutes. Very good job. Also liked that A to Z was willing to quote an estimate for the entire cost of the job -- and that it ended up being cheaper than expected by about half.
