My technician was very helpful in determining the issue and then helping me contact the company to get a warranty extension on the issue, saving me $260! Very happy with the results and service!
RecommendedCharles is a knowledgeable friendly man. He's been as frustrated as us looking for the needle in the haystack. Our ice maker died. He's been back 4 times (no fault of his own) changing parts. Our last Whirlpool lasted 18 years (and we left it with our sold home running great). This one just at one year ice make died. Still no solution

Our repair man was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.The repairs (3) were done quickly,as he knew right away what the trouble was! I liked that we got a call when he was on the way, telling us when he would arrive.We hope we have no more trouble with our refrigerator, but we will A to Z if we do!
They still had they records of a previous repair from 2014. I had lost my model number but they had it. Excellent service and they explained what was wrong and how much it would cost soon after they arrived.
The repair man was on time and courteous. Very knowledgeable about our refrigerator/ice maker. He took Cate of the problem and explained what and why he was doing.
Arthur was great. Very nice and patient with getting my appliance back up. I like his dedication ensuring everything is correct.
Neil did a great job and gave us several tips on keeping our washer running well. He was also very helpful in linking us back to whirlpool .
