RecommendedDaniel was very nice and friendly. He answered all my questions about this new washer. He explained some vibration at the top of the washer was normal based how the tub was suspended from rods. He checked out some other stuff and this new washer seems quieter.
Joel from A-Z came out when a DRN code appeared on our washer. He checked it all out but nothing appeared amiss. It happened again and he immediately returned and replaced a drain pump. He patiently explained it to us; was extremely careful with our washer when turning it over. His work was thorough, efficient and respectful of our home and our time. Thank you, Joel and A-Z.

I highly recommend Joel. He is very knowledgeable and anticipated the problem based on a quick conversation. He brought he part with him and was quick and efficient! I am a new customer of A to Z, but I have needed their help three times for three separate problems in the last 10 days. I am very impressed with the company and particularly with Daniel who fixed two unrelated problems with my washing machine and one problem with my dryer. He was prompt, efficient, he explained everything he was doing, he was careful not to let my new kittens escape as he came and went from my home, and he was a pleasant, decent young man. I strongly recommend A to Z.
I want to thank Joel, the young man that fixed my Maytag washing machine for being so GREAT! I will use this repair service again, and would recommend them to anyone. Joel knows his stuff, and is a true professional.
They were prompt and called twice when they were on their way. They were very polite courteous and professional. They had to fix some installation issues that the installers messed up when they delivered my new refrigerator. They had it done in no time at all. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them again. Very impressed with them!!!!
Very fast to make an appointment. Punctual. The technician found the problem with my washer quickly, and had the required parts with hi, so was able to fix it within an hour. Very good service.
Excellent company! Really pleasant and helpful staff and the technicians know what they are doing. Arrive on time, they even had the part needed, i think i lucked out 😀 but Absolutely brilliant.
