Very very very upset with this company. After waiting almost 3 months for new doors to my brand new Whirlpool refrigerator that was delivered cosmetic damage. Which I understand isn’t this company fault. BUT last week they showed up after a crazy way of not telling me the doors were in just send me a text saying be here in 15 minutes ? Had no clue I even had appointment. So had to be treated like I was total idiot to get rescheduled. Finally 2 techs show up with all the doors and handles that needed replaced. WELL. Fo not use this company! When they came to repair my whirlpool dishwasher on July 10, 2020 I was told the part was backordered. I was understanding and patient until after a month of hand washing my dishes, I decided to follow up as I had not heard anything. I was advised the part was still not available. I decided to look up the part myself and found plenty of vendors selling this part and even reached out to whirlpool who informed me that it is in stock. RecommendedI was impressed with Jonathon L. He was on time, very personable, funny, and knowledgeable. He fixed our oven quickly after the part came in. He was respectful with wearing a mask. I would definitely recommend him and the company.
