I need a glass top replaced on my range. Everything on the range is fully functional, it just has a crack in the glass top. I have the part number from the manufacturer. A-Z would not take the part number or give me any estimate without having a technician come out to diagnose it. Are you kidding me? It's a glass fracture and everything works perfectly fine. Jake was very knowledgeable concerning the new french door refig. Put in a new water filter valve that ad leaked onto my wood floor and destroyed the wood floor. Now have to deal with Whirlpool law dept to get funds to fix. Also Jake put in a evaporator motor that I thought was the compressor and it took care of the noise. Jake is very good but Whirlpool frig is only 10 months old and should not have theses problems.
These guys responded quickly when contacted and were able to assess the problem and get the parts ordered. Returned as soon as the parts arrived and 20 minutes later they were out the door. Friendly, knowledgeable and concerned. Highly recommend them anytime!!!
