Their work in refinishing my bathtub on 3-7-19 resulted in a ceiling leak below the bathtub. There is also an obvious overspray of acrylic paint over the tub s drain. Days after their work they will not honor their 5-year warranty. Their faulty work has resulted in my incurring plumbing expenses and repair of the downstairs ceiling (sheetrock repair and paint). The plumber (licensed and certified) attributes the leak to the work of A Star Bath and Kitchen.

Moved all appliances out but refused to put back. James stated that it was a courtesy not included in bid. He never came back to do a final walk through.

I sent him photos of my master bathroom tub prior to work and he gave me a very fair quote after we talked on the phone. I was expecting a very expensive quote, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quote given. They came out and did a phenomenal job with the grout and sealant of my bathtub. It is like a night and day! I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of bathroom repair!

After the job was finished, I was told to wait 24 hours and then wipe the excess film from the tiles. When I attempted to do that, the excess grout/film would not come off. Jesse came back out and â buffedâ the shower tiles. He told me that I had floor tiles on my shower and that is why the excess grout would not come off. I told him that as a professional, he should have recognized the type of tiles on my shower and proceeded with the job accordingly. NOTE:Yes i did mention there may little bit of dust and i did return and remove it also let you know you have floor tile on your shower wall that are not smooth and it had imperfections that cause the grout to fill in very small areas.
