This particular contractor needs to be watched carefully every step of the way. Do not trust him and make sure you can understand his workers every step of the way as I found he left people who could not communicate with me.
Delay in completing work, details of work done sloppy and when mentioned to owner, nothing was done.

Work requested and paid for failed with 1 week. At 2nd attempt to repair, employees argued with me about what I paid for. Contacted company owner, he has chosen to argue and blame me. Owner maintains work did not fail, Iâ m nit picking. Note; The True Story. You did work on your shower and made a big mess of it, I gave you a price to do the full shower re-grout, you said no. You wanted to save money, so we just did what you asked for, plus some extra work, plus areas that you made a mess of with silicone caulk. We agreed on a price, you looked it over, and accepted the work, and paid us. Jesse and his team replaced a balcony deck. They started the job earlier than the original date and finished it quickly. The price was fair given that they had to replace everything. Jesse was responsive and professional in his communications with me. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.
Their team gets a lot done in short order. The team members are the most diverse in their skills I have ever seen.
