Jesse and his crew have over 40 years of experience in the tile industry. They were all incredibly courteous and professional and walked me through every step of removing the grout from my shower floor, re-grouting, drying time, and offered a one-year warranty on their service. They were punctual and got to work quickly, taking care to not make a mess and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. These guys were far from professional. They are probably handymen who actually had to look at instructions to install tile and door.. The door was damaged from installation, the grout lines are horrible and they used a permanent marker to scribe tile and the marker is not coming out. Buyer beware and stay away. A $6000 estimate has turned out to be a $11000 project. I don't thing they are capable of fixing the problems they created. Brand new toilet and plumbing leaks brown water underneath the toilet. You called me at 10.30 pm at night and i came out the next day and inspected i said i would take care of small areas instead your put a bad review like all the other companies that has worked for you trust me i heard you on the phone i should have not done work for you and my guys let me know why also. Owner of the company and his son in law got right on the project. Explained each step of the refinishing process and completed the project without any disruption. These folks know their business.
