Knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonable. They installed a new gas fireplace for us and did a fantastic job.
Checked all gas fittings in the house for leaks - courtesy check. Did a great job on the gas log fireplace - replaced bad valve, tightened and adjusted electrical switch, added lava rock and other essentials that were missing from the original installation. Completed all work the day of the initial visit. Expensive, I thought, but well worth it. This pro knows what he's doing!
Justin was great, explained to us what is wrong and suggested few options to choose from.
They were great! Justin and Scott identified some safety issues with our fireplace in addition to the main problem. They fixed everything, and now our fireplace is working and looks amazing!!
Awesome repair and made my gas fireplace so much better. Love having remote to increase and decrease fire.
They took the setup manual with them so I can't verify the logs are set up right and the left the gas turned off at the meter. There are two turnoff valves there and it wasn't obvious to me that one was turned off. I called them and left a message that there was a problem and they never returned my call
They were awesome! Really listened to us and met our needs for the job. Fantastic!!!
