The technician was professional, friendly, informative and made me confident that I made a good decision in hiring this company. He was patient and answered all our questions and even gave us a few tips on owning a gas operated fireplace and how to look for potential problems. He even called 2 hours early and was in and out before his appointed time. Which gave me two extra hours in my day that I had not planned on...Bonus!!!!

I called for service and Scott was out to fix my fireplace within the hour-Wow! He seemed very knowledgeable and was very personable.
I originally called for a gas fireplace repair. When Scott first came out, he checked all the gas lines inside my home for leaks. He found one in the attic to my home's furnace. The connection was so loose that he didn't even need a tool to disconnect it! I went up in the attic with him and saw him test it with his machine. I am so glad that he checked it because who knows how long that could have leaked or even caused a fire. Very professional service.
Scott came out and not only diagnosed my gas log fireplace issue but fixed it the same visit. I had another company come out prior to this and tell me that it could not be fixed and should be completely replaced. I can only express to everyone how impressed I am with his service and abilities. Please give them a try, you will not be disappointed!
By the time the job was finished it was double what was originally quoted and that was quite expensive.
