The lady who answeres the phone is super nice. However the gentleman who came to try and fix my fireplace showed up 2 hours past the time frame that was set. Sat there and looked at the fireplace, moved some logs, replaced some batteries and couldn't figure out what was wrong. This all took an hour and half to do on a Friday night. Still charged us $99 for nothing. Said he was going to call the next day to see if he could get a part in. It has been 2 weeks and no call!
It was a pleasant experience from the first phone call to the actual appointment. They arrived on time and called beforehand to let me know the status of the technician. The technician was so nice and informative. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

He was thorough and professional and did an outstanding job. He was the first one in 10 years that has been able to fix it right. I can't say enough great things.
Scott was very helpful and responded quickly. He arrived on time. He was extremely careful to not soil anything as he worked. I would definitely call him again! H
