I love this place! These ladies do excellent work and they educate you on how to keep your nails healthy. Plus they are sistas! You will feel so comfortable in their shop just like you do at the hair salon! I enjoyed my visit and I love my nails!

My experience at A Polished Work was very nice, With dealing with any new environment you will be taking aback at first,But Mo and Monica made my visit very welcoming and comfortable. Dione was very friendly, helpful,attentive. Which is very refreshing in this day and age when people in the beauty industry can be very ignorant and rude. But everyone was very friendly. I will definitely be coming back!
My nail-tech (Jaleesa)is always gracious & accommodating. I give her an idea of what I want & she hooks a sistah up!
She took me last minute although they operate heavily on appointments. I was pleasantly surprised that it's black owned and by a husband and wife. They were kind and dedicated to doing a good job on my pedicure and nails. I don't live in the area anymore but I definitely recommend this shop to those who want a fun and beautiful ambiance and good services. Just schedule ahead of time.
